急诊科护患纠纷的原因分析及防范措施

摘    要:目的探讨急诊工作中护患纠纷的原因与防范措施。方法对2005-2008年急诊科发生的18例护患纠纷的原因进行分析,并针对原因制订了7项相应的防范措施。结果护患纠纷因护理工作方面的原因引起的占11例(61.1%),患者因素7例(38.9%),护理为主要因素。通过实施护理纠纷的7项预防措施后,由实施前一年的高达14例,降到了每年平均2例。结论加强急诊护士的培训,提高急诊护士的整体素质,可以降低急诊护患纠纷的发生。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the reason and precautions for nurse-patient disputes in Department of Emergency.Methods The reasons of 18 cases of nurse-patient disputes in Department of Emergency were analyzed.Results The reasons of the nurse-patient disputes were as follow: 1 cases of nursing care(61.1%),7 cases of patients themselves(38.9%).With the 7 items of precautions,the disputes had been reduced from annual 14 cases to 2 cases.Conclusion By enhancing the training and improving the overall quality of emergency nurses,nursepatient disputes in Emergency Department can be reduced.
