吲激酶治疗急性缺血性脑梗死

目的：观察吲激酶胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑梗死的疗效。方法：１００例脑梗死病人随机分为治疗组６０例（男性３７例，女性２３例，年龄６０±ｓ１０ａ），予吲激酶胶囊４０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ；丹参注射液２０ｍＬ＋５％葡萄糖注射液５００ｍＬ，静脉滴注，ｑｄ。对照组４０例（男性２６例，女性１４例，年龄５９±８ａ），予丹参注射液２０ｍＬ＋５％葡萄糖注射剂５００ｍＬ，静脉滴注。疗程均为１０～３０ｄ。结果：治疗组总显效率８３％，对照组４３％，２组疗效比较经Ｒｉｄｉｔ分析，有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗组的血液流变学指标除血细胞比容外均有显著性改变（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１），而对照组除血沉以外改变均不明显。结论：蚓激酶加丹参治疗组疗效优于丹参对照组，蚓激酶对急性缺血性脑梗死有应用价值。

Lumbrokinase capsule in treating acute ischemic cerebral infarction

AIM: To observe the efficacy of lumbrokinase capsule in treating cerebral ischemia infarction. METHODS: One hundred patients with cerebral ischemic infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups: 60 patients (M 37, F 23, age 60±s 10 a) received lumbrokinase capsule 40 mg, po, bid in adition to injection of salvia miltiorrhiza compound 20 mL in 5% glucose injection 500 mL, iv drip, qd for 10_30 d. Other 40 patients as control group (M 26, F 14, age 59±8 a) received injection of salvia miltiorrhiza compound 20 mL in 5% glucose injection 500 mL, iv drip, qd for 10_30 d. RESULTS: The total response rate in the treatment group (83%) was higher than that in the control group (43%, P<0.05). Except hematocrit the parameters of hemorheology in treatment group improved remarkably (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but in control group it did not change obviously except ESR (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: The efficacy of lumbrokinase and salvia miltiorrhiza is better than salvia miltiorrhiza, lumbrokinase is a valuable drug in treating acute cerebral infarction.
