武汉市第四次结核病流调中的X线检查诊断质控报告

目的　研究制定统一的X线胸透、摄片、诊断质控标准 (SQCD-XR)，以期提高大规模的结核病流行病学检查 (TBES)工作质量和流调任务的顺利完成。方法 根据本次流调试点X线检查诊断结果，参考2000年全国流调工作手册和武汉市前次流调资料制定出SQCR-XR。结果 城区、郊区、郊县共18个流调点统一按SQCR -XR操作，与前次TBES资料比较，胸透异影率提高0.8%。优质胸片提高14%。结论 经试用制定统一的SQCR-XR，确保了本次流调以高质量、短时间、耗资少的效果完成了大规模的流调任务。

Quality control report of X-ray examination in fourth epidemiology survey of tuberculosis in Wuhan City

Objective To study and make a unified quality control standard of X-ray chest fluoroscopy,radiography and diagnose (SQCD-XR) to promote work quality of Large scale epidemiology survey of tuberculosis (TBES) and ensure it completed smoothly.Methods This work was done according to diagnosis Results of X-ray examination of the sample points in this epidemiology survey,by refering "Work handbook of national epidemiology survey of tuberculosis in 2000" and SQCD-XR made in last epidmiology survey of Wuhan city.Results The positive rate of chest fluoroscopy in higher 0.8% and the rate of high quality chest picture is higher 14% than last TBES by operating according to SQCD-XR at all of the 18 points.Conclusion To use unified SQCD-XR ensured the large scale epidemiology survey completed with ligh quality short time and lower cost.
