高氧液对实验性矽肺家兔体内抗氧化水平的影响

摘    要:目的:研究高氧液对实验性矽肺家兔体内抗氧化水平的影响.方法:用非暴露式气管注入法复制家兔矽肺模型;实验分为空白对照组、染尘组和染尘高氧液组,饲养12 wk后比较各组间家兔超氧化物岐化酶和谷甘肽过氧化物酶的活性、肺组织中丙二醛的含量和支气管肺泡灌洗液中乳酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶的含量.结果:染尘组家兔红细胞SOD和全血GSH-PX活性明显降低;但家兔BALF中ADP,LDH和MDA含量均显著增高;与对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05).与染尘组比较,染尘高氧液组SOD和GSH-PX活性有明显的提高,而家兔BALF中ADP,LDH和MDA含量均显著降低,经比较均有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:高氧液能提高实验性矽肺家兔体内抗氧化水平,可延缓或抑制矽肺病变的发展,具有一定的临床应用价值.

Effects of hyperoxic liquid on antioxidant level in experimental silicosis rabbits
Abstract:AIM: To explore the effects of hyperoxic liquid on the antioxidant level in experimental silicosis rabbits. METHODS: The silicosis rabbit model was prepared by non exposure bronchus injection and rabbits were divided randomly into three groups : control group, silica group and hyperoxic liquid + silica group. After 12 weeks, the activity of SOD and GSH PX of silicosis rabbits and the concentrations of MDA in lungs and ACP, and LDH in BALF were determined. RESULTS: The activities of SOD and GSH PX significantly decreased in silica group, but the contents of ADP, LDH and MDA were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). Compared with those in silica group, the SOD and GSH PX activities of hyperoxic liquid + silica group were significantly higher, while the ADP, LDH and MDA contents of hyperoxic liquid + silica group were significantly lower, with significantly statistical difference ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Hyperoxic liquid can enhance the antioxidant level in silicosis rabbits and partly restrain the development of silicosis.
