| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CT在腰椎间盘手术后椎间隙感染诊断中的价值.方法 回顾性分析经CT确诊、手术和随访证实的9例腰椎间盘突出症手术后椎间隙感染患者的CT资料.结果 9例可见椎间盘密度减低,7例示腰大肌与椎体间的脂肪间隙消失,4例可见椎体骨质破坏,1例椎间隙残留气体.结论 CT检查对腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染的诊断具有重要价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the CT value in diagnosis of infection in the disc space after lumbar disc surgery. Methods CT data of 9 patients with post-operation disc space infection, who suffered from lumbar disc herniation confirmed by CT, surgery, and follow-up, were retrospectively analyzed in this work. Results 9 cases appeared the reduced disc density, 7 cases showed the disappeared fat space between the psoas muscle and vertebral body, 4 cases presented the vertebral bone destruction, and 1 case appeared the residual gas in the disc space. Conclusion CT assessment possesses a great value in the diagnosis of intervertebral space infection after lumbar disc herniation surgery. |
