介入诊疗术后股动脉穿刺点并发症的诱因及预防

目的 探讨介入诊疗术后股动脉穿刺点并发症发生的原因及预防措施.方法 随机选取本院经皮股动脉穿刺介入治疗的600例患者为研究对象,记录选择的鞘管型号,观察介入医生穿刺技术的熟练度、操作手法的准确度、护士术前、术中、术后的配合度、护理工作的满意度以及患者的疾病程度等因素,综合分析导致介入诊疗术后股动脉穿刺点并发症发生的原因并提出预防措施.结果 术后股动脉穿刺部位出血、渗血4例;穿刺部位血肿3例;假性动脉瘤1例;股动脉夹层1例;股动脉血栓1例.结论 手术医生熟练的穿刺技术,轻柔的操作,介入护士较好的术前、术中、术后的严密观察与护理是预防经股动脉穿刺点并发症发生的关键.

The cause and prevention of complications after percutaneous femoral artery puncture

Objective The research was conducted to evaluate the cause and prevention measure of complications induced by femoral artery puncture. Methods The objects of this study were 600 patients randomized selection from hospital. Researchers recorded and observed many indexes including the type of selected sheath tube, the proficiency of doctor＇s percutaneous femoral artery puncture, the accuracy degree of operation manual, the coordination of nurses during treatment, the satisfaction degree of nursing and, the disease extent of the patient. According to the above indexes, the cause of complications induced by femoral artery puncture was analyzed and prevention measure was drawn up. Results There were 4 cases of bleeding and 3 cases of hematoma, 1 case of pseudoaneurysm, 1 case of femoral artery thrombosis and 1 case of fem- oral artery dissection after puncture. Conclusion It is proposed that the proficient puncture technique and gentle operation of doctors, the strict observation and nursing of nurses during treatment are the key measures for the prevention of complications induced by femoral artery puncture.
