西酞普兰合并舒必利治疗伴焦虑症状抑郁症患者34例疗效观察

目的探讨氢溴酸西酞普兰合并小剂量舒必利治疗伴焦虑症状的抑郁症的临床疗效以及安全性。方法将68例具有焦虑、抑郁症状的抑郁症患者随机分为两组（各34例）,研究组给予西酞普兰合并小剂量舒必利治疗,对照组单用西酞普兰治疗,两组疗程均为6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）（17项版本）和汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评定临床疗效,以不良反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果两组治疗后HAMD和HAMA评分均较治疗前有显著性差异,同时研究组分值更低于对照组,具有统计学意义;而TESS评分两组间差异无统计学意义。结论西酞普兰合并小剂量舒必利比单用西酞普兰治疗伴焦虑症状的抑郁症疗效更好,并且其不良反应无明显增加。

Citalopram combined with sulpiride in the treatment of depression with anxiety symptoms

Objective To estimate the curative effect and safety of citalopram combined with sulpiride in the treatment of depression with anxiety symptoms.Methods 64 patients with anxiety and depression symptoms were randomly divided into two groups： citalopram combined with low doses sulpiride group and citalopram only group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD） and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale （HAMA） were used to assess the efficacy.The side effects were estimated by Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS）.Results The scores of HAMD and HAMA had significant differences between before and after treatment in two groups,and the significant differences were found between two groups.Side effects had no significant differences between two groups.Conclusion Citalopram combined with low doses sulpiride has better efficacy than citalopram only for treating depression with anxiety symptoms,and side effects were not significantly increased.
