| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨闭合性肾损伤的诊治体会.方法 对2000～2008年收治的260例闭合性肾损伤病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析.本组非手术治疗224例(86.2%);手术治疗36例(13.8%),其中肾切除14例,肾修补9例,肾动脉栓塞治疗13例.结果 本组平均住院时间22d.242例治愈,18例死于合并伤,其中15例死于早期顽固性休克,另3例死于颅脑损伤.随访167例,随访2～18月,定期复查尿常规、IVU及血压均正常.结论 B超可作为闭合性肾损伤的筛查手段,CT检查是闭合性肾损伤准确诊断与选择治疗方案的重要依据;肾损伤大部分可保守治疗,严重损伤需手术治疗;微创治疗是治疗闭合性肾损伤的趋势.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of closed renal injury.Methods From 2000 to 2008,260 cases of closed renal injuries were analyzed retrospectively.There were 224 cases(86.2%) of non-surgical treatment and 36(13.8%) cases of surgical treatment,in which,14 cases of nephrectomy,9 cases of renal and 13 cases of renal artery embolization.Results In this group,there were 236 cases of B ultrasonic examination with 217 positive cases,227 cases of CT examination with 227 positive cases,198 cases ... |
