颈动脉粥样硬化病变与冠状动脉病变的对比分析

目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化病变的性质和程度与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的性质和程度之间的关系。方法选择252例经过冠状动脉造影患者,常规做颈动脉B超检查。依据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组和对照组。根据冠心病组冠状动脉造影时冠状动脉狭窄程度,分为3个亚组。结果颈动脉粥样硬化与冠状动脉狭窄之间呈线性相关,随着冠状动脉狭窄程度加重,颈动脉粥样斑块发生率明显增加。结论颈动脉粥样硬化病变与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变有显著的相关性。对于冠心病高危人群,常规颈动脉超声检查可用于估计冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的状况。

Contrast analysis of carotid artery atherosclerosis pathological change and coronary artery pathological change

Objective It is to discuss the correlation between the character and degree of carotid atherosclerosis pathological change and coronary artery atherosclerosis pathological change.Methods 252 patients who were undergone coronary angiography were chosen and examined routinely carotid B mode ultrasound.They were divided into coronary heart disease group and control group according to coronary angiography results.The coronary heart disease group was divided into three subsets according to the degree of coronary artery stenosis in coronary angiography.Results The relationship between carotid artery atherosclerosis and coronary artery stenosis was linear relation.Followed the aggravation of the degree of coronary stenosis,the carotid atherosclerosis plaque incidence was obviously increased.Conclusion There is significant correlation between carotid atherosclerosis pathological change and coronary artery atherosclerosis pathological change.To coronary heart disease high risk group,routine carotid ultrasound examine can be used estimating the state of coronary artery atherosclerosis pathological change.
