| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨不同婚姻状况对女性精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法 :对 2 0 8例符合CCMD-Ⅱ -R的女性精神分裂症患者 ,依据婚姻状况分成已婚组和未婚组 ,应用社会功能缺陷筛选量表 (SDSS)、功能大体评定量表 (GAF)和简明精神病量表 (BPRS)等评定工具进行评估。结果 :(1)两组患者入院前半年SDSS总分无显著差异 ,但在家庭职能、个人生活自理及责任心和计划性三项中已婚组因子分值明显低于未婚组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;(2 )本次入院时两组间的GAF和BPRS总分存在显著差异。 (3 )患者入院时的功能状况与精神症状严重程度存在密切关系。结论 :婚姻状况在减少部分患者住院时间和预防疾病复发等方面可能有一定作用 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare social function of female sc hi zophrenic inpatients of different marriage status Method:208 wo m en diagnosed as schizophrenia were divided into two groups according to their ma rriage status The research instruments included Social Deficit Screening Scale , Gross Assessment of Function, and Brief Psychotic Assessment Scale Res u lts:The married group had no significant difference in social deficit to the unmarried group during the half year before admission The clinical sympto m s were similar But they were discharged earlier than the unmarried Co nc lusion:Although bias of admission balanced social function results befor e admission, the married group still had shorter stay in hospital |
