沥青烟对作业人员肝功能及血常规的影响

目的探讨石油沥青烟对作业人员的危害情况。方法选择某市电器厂石油沥青工122人为观察组,同厂行政后勤人员149人为对照组,进行肝功能及血常规检查。结果肝功能方面,观察组ALT异常率为19.8%,明显高于对照组(9.4%),2组间的差异有统计学意义(P0.05);而AST、TP,ALB、CLO、A/G的异常率,2组间的差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。血常规指标方面,观察组WBC、RBC、PLT水平与对照组间差异有统计学意义(P0.01),其中观察组WBC、PLT的异常率明显高于对照组,观察组RBC的异常率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05);Hb在2组间的差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。不同专业工龄间的各异常指标差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论沥青烟可能对作业人员肝功能及血常规指标的改变有一定影响。

Effect of asphalt fume on liver function and biochemical indicators of the operating personnel

[Objective] To explore the dangers of the asphalt fume on operating personnel.[Methods] A total of 122 petroleum asphalt workers were selected as the observation group,149 administrative support workers from the same electric appliance factory as the control group.Liver function and blood test was performed.[Results] For the liver function,the ALT abnormal rate of the observation group was 19.8% which was obviously higher than that of the control group(9.4%),the difference was significant(P<0.05);But the differences of the abnormal rates in AST,TP,ALB,GLO,and A/G had no statistical significance(P>0.05).For the biochemical indicators,the differences of the WBC,RBC and PLT level between the observation group and the control group were significant(P<0.01).The abnormal rates in WBC and PLT of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group,while the abnormal rate in RBC of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.01or P<0.05).But the difference of Hb between the 2 groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).[Conclusion] The asphalt fume may have some influence on the liver function and the biochemical indicators of the operating personnel.
