摘    要:目的尽可能地避免或减少正电子发射体层显像-X线计算机断层成像(PET-CT)工作人员受到辐射照射危害。方法①按照放射防护验收检查和检测项目对12家PET-CT中心进行防护验收;②采用热释光剂量仪检测某军区2005—2010年3 932人次的放射工作人员个人年剂量,统计各年不同工种人均年当量剂量,以及6年各工种监测人次数、4组剂量组人数频数分布。结果①PET-CT放射防护验收检查,验收检测不合格项目较多;②不同工种当中,PET-CT工作者6年剂量均值最高,高剂量组所占比例高于其他工种高剂量组所占比例。结论某军区PET-CT中心须采取措施降低照射剂量及其对健康的危害。

Abstract:[Objective]To avoid or reduce the radiation exposure hazards of PET-CT workers. [Methods]①The protection acceptance of 12 PET-CT center was based on the radiological protection acceptance inspection and testing project;②Thermoluminescence dosimetry was used to detect personal annual dose of radiation workers for 3 932 person-times.The annual equivalent dose per capita of workers with different types of work,monitoring numbers of 6 years and frequency distribution of the worker numbers of 4 dose groups were statistically analyzed. [Results] ①PET-CT radiation protection acceptance inspection showed many testing items were unqualified.② Between different types of work,PET-CT workers had the highest 6-year-average-dose.The proportion of workers with high dose among PET-CT workers was higher than that among other workers. [Conclusion]The PET-CT center of a military region should adopt control measures to reduce the radiation dose and its adverse effect on the health.
