手法对实验兔膝关节骨性关节炎氧自由基代谢影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究手法对实验兔膝关节骨性关节炎氧自由基代谢有无影响。方法:将西兰兔通过手术方法造模,并随机分为手法组、对照组和正常组。手法组从第2周开始治疗,共5周。第11周处死取右膝关节软骨和滑膜,软骨制片检测,滑膜组织进行超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)检测。结果:手法组SOD含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。关节软骨形态学观察显示手法组膝关节软骨退变程度明显低于对照组。结论:手法可提高兔膝关节骨性关节炎滑膜组织中SOD活性及减缓关节软骨退变。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of manipulation to oxyrabolism metabolism on experimental model of degenerative ostearthrosis of kenn(DOA).Methods:24 New Zealand rabbits were randomly involved as high intraosseous pressure experiment model of right kenn by ligating the vena femoralis and gluteae inferiors and randomly divided into model control group,manipulation control group and normal control group.rabbits were sacrificed after 11 weeks and got the right kenn articular cartilage for scan icroscopic study and SOD and MDA of synovial were measured.Results:SOD of manipulation control group were higher than of model control group(P<0.05).scan icroscopic study indicated that kenn artilage degenerative level of manipulation control group were more sligh than of model control group.Conclusion:Manipulation can improve SOD activity of DOA and alleviative degeneration of articular cartilage.
