依那普利和尼群地平对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病高血压患者代谢的影响

应用依那普利（ｅｎａｌａｐｒｉｌ）或（和）尼群地平（ｎｉｔｒｅｎｄｉｐｉｎｅ）治疗３２例ＮＩＤＤＭ合并高血压患者。结果表明两药均为有效的降压药物，且合用时降压作用增强。两药均可降低血清果糖胺；依那普利尚可降低血糖和血尿酸；尼群地平尚可降低餐后２小时胰岛素而不升高血糖。两药对总胆固醇、甘油三酯、ＨＤＬ、ＬＤＬ、ＶＬＤＬ和尿素氮、肌酐均无明显影响，也无明显副作用。

EFFECT OF ENALAPRIL AND NITRENDIPINE ON THE METABOLISM OF NIDDM PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION

This study was undertaken to observe the blood pressure-lowering and metabolic effects of nitrendipine and enalapril used ei-ther alone or in combination in 32 NIDDM patients with hypertension. Results showed that in NIDDM patients with hypertensionnitrendipine and enalapril either alone or in combination were generally well tolerated and effective in lowering blood pressure. Sat-isfactory blood pressure control was achieved in 93%and 61%of patients by using nitrendlpine or enalapril alone respectively for 6weeks. Combined therapy of nitrendipine and enalapril was effective in all the remaining cases.Deterioration of glycemic controlwas not observed during the course of antihypertensive therapy. In fact. serum-deoxidation- 1- morpholine fructose showed a de-crease in both nitrendipine and enalapril groups and the combined group as well.Serum insulin level at 2-hour postprandiallyshowed a decrease but without concomitant increase in plasma glucose concentration.The concentrations of serum urea nitrogen andcreatinine and lipids did not show signlficant change during the trial.Besides,in the enalapril group serum uric acid level demon-strated a substantial fall.
