| 摘 要： | 对我国农村村级卫生组织实行乡村一体化管理是加强农村卫生管理、规范农村医疗市场的措施之一，本文在对山东省章丘市、嘉祥县、邹城市三县市9个乡镇113个农村诊所进行抽样调查的基础上，就乡村一体化管理模式中存在的利弊作一简述，并提出政策建议，供参考。

| Abstract: | Carrying on village-integral whole mabagement for rural health organization in China is one of measures for strengthening rural therapeutic market. Based on a sampled survey conducted. Among 113 of three counties,the advantages and disadvantages.existed in the model of an integral whole management of them arestated briefly and some policy suggestions are made for reference. |
