内科学见习中培养七年制学生临床思维能力的体会

摘    要:临床思维能力是每一位临床医师的基本功。在七年制学生内科临床见习中,注重启发式教学,使教学个体化,模拟教学与临床实践紧密结合,同时推动网络教学、多媒体教学、双语教学的应用,这有助于扩展见习生临床诊治思路,减少临床漏诊和误诊率。从而加强七年制医学生临床思维能力的培养,最大限度地提高内科见习的教学质量。

Abstract:Clinical thinking ability is the basic skill of a clinician.In our experience of teaching seven-year program students in internal medicine internship,we laid stress on elicitation teaching method,individualized teaching,simulation teaching combined with clinical practice,and promoted use of network-based,multimedia-assisted and bilingual teaching.The training methods extended interns' thoughts in diagnosis and treatment,and reduced missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate.It enhanced the cultivation of clinical thinking ability of the seven-year program interns and greatly improved the teaching quality of internal medicine probation.
