大豆异黄酮对2型糖尿病大鼠血清中SOD MDA GSH及NO的影响

摘    要:目的研究大豆异黄酮对2型糖尿病大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)及一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法以高脂饲料喂养后的雄性SD大鼠腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导2型糖尿病模型。将实验动物随机分为普食对照组、糖尿病对照组、大豆异黄酮250mg/kg、50mg/kg剂量干预组。检测各组喂养6周、10周的血糖水平,检测第10周后大鼠血清中SOD、MDA、GSH及NO的变化。结果与糖尿病对照组相比,大豆异黄酮250mg/kg剂量干预组大鼠血清中的SOD明显升高(P<0.05),MDA与NO明显下降(P<0.05);大豆异黄酮50mg/kg剂量干预组大鼠血清中GSH明显升高(P<0.05)。结论大豆异黄酮能改善2型糖尿病大鼠的抗氧化能力。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of soybeanisoflavone on serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD),malonyldialdehede (MDA), reduced glutathione hormone (GSH) and nitric oxide (NO) in rats with type 2 diabetes. Methods SD rats fed on high-fat diet for 4 weeks were given intraperitoneal injection of small-dose STZ to induce type two diabetes. These experimental models were then randomized into the usual diet control group, diabetes control group, 250 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg soybeanisoflavone groups. Levels of blood sugar were detected after 6 weeks and changes in serum levels of SOD, MDA, GSH and NO were detected after 10 weeks in each group. Results Compared with diabetes control group, the level of SOD increased significantly in 250 mg/kg soybeanisoflavone group (P<0.05), while the level of MDA and NO decreased markedly(P<0.05), and the level of serum GSH was elevated in 50 mg/kg soybeanisoflavone group (P<0.05). Conclusion Soybeanisoflavone may improve antioxidation in rats with type two diabetes.
