川芎嗪与葛根素合用治疗外伤性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的:观察川芎嗪与葛根素合用治疗外伤性脑梗死的疗效。方法:将90例外伤性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,治疗组46例静脉滴注川芎嗪100mg联合葛根素400mg,每日1次;对照组44例静脉滴注胞二磷胆碱500mg,每日1次。10d为1疗程,一共3个疗程。比较2组临床疗效、生活能力状态、脑梗死发生率、昏迷评分标准(GCS)评分、运动功能评分。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01),生活能力状态优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组脑梗死发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01);2组治疗后GCS评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.01),且治疗组提高的幅度显著高于对照组,其运动功能的改善也显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组中单纯外伤性脑梗死(TCI)的疗效优于合并脑挫伤、颅内出血的TCI患者(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪与葛根素合用治疗外伤性脑梗死疗效好,且用药安全,对单纯TCI患者的疗效好于合并脑挫伤、颅内出血的TCI患者。

Efficacy Observation of Ligustrazine Combined with Puerarin on Traumatic Cerebral Infraction

OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of ligustrazine combined with puerarin on traumatic cerebral infraction （TCI）.METHODS：90 TCI patients in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups.46 patients in treatment group received intravenous injection of ligustrazine （100 mg） and puerarin （400 mg） once a day;44 patients in control group received intravenous injection of citicoline （500 mg） once a day.There were totally 3 courses of treatment for 2 groups,with each course of 10 days.The clinical efficacy,activity and state of daily life,incidence rates of cerebral infraction,GCS and motor function were compared between 2 groups.RESULTS：The total efficacy rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P0.01）,and daily life activity of treatment group was superior to that of control group （P0.01）.The incidence rate of cerebral infraction in treatment group was obviously lower than in control group （P0.01）;GCS score of 2 groups were improved after treatment （P0.01）,but the increase of GCS in treatment group was higher than in control group,and the improvement of motor function in treatment group was better than in control group （P0.01）.The curative effect of patients with simple TCI was better than that of TCI patients with cerebral contusion and intracranial hemorrhage in treatment group （P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Ligustrazine combined with puerarin is effective and safe in the treatment of TCI,especially for the patients with simple TCI.
