美国执业药师资格考试的组织方式介绍与启示

目的:介绍美国执业药师考试的组织方式并给予我国执业药师考试以启示。方法:通过相关文献资料,了解美国执业药师考试的法律依据、考试方式及特点等。结果与结论:《标准州药房法》为美国执业药师考试提供了法律基础;必须通过北美执业药师考试(NAPLEX)和州药房法考试(MPJE)才能取得执业药师资格,前者考试题目多以案例形式提出,2种考试均为单项选择题,均通过机考及调整试题的考试方式尽可能有效地测试考生的知识与技能。提示我国的执业药师考试应该在关注理论的同时更重视实践,适当增加为下一次考试命题方向提供参考的题目,建立更加灵活、科学的机考模式。

Introduction and Inspirations on the Organization Forms of American Licensed Pharmacist Examination

OBJECTIVE： To introduce the organization forms of American pharmacist licensure examination and give us several inspirations.METHODS：By the literature review,the legal basis for examination,methods and characteristics of examination of licensed pharmacists in USA were introduced.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS： The Model State Pharmacy Act lays the legal foundation for American licensed pharmacist examination.Pharmacists must pass NAPLEX and MPJE to obtain licensed pharmacist qualifications.The former examination questions are mainly put forwards in form of cases,and 2 kinds of examination both are one choice.The knowledge and skill of students are tested by computer and adapting examination questions effectively.It gives us the inspiration that our licensed pharmacist examination should focus more on practice than theory;the examination add questions about the trend of the future test,and more flexible and scientific model with computer should be established.
