吡贝地尔治疗昏迷患者的临床观察

目的:观察吡贝地尔缓释片治疗昏迷患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例昏迷患者随机单盲分为2组,对照组30例按原发疾病给予常规对症支持治疗,治疗组30例在原发疾病常规对症治疗的基础上,鼻饲管注入吡贝地尔缓释片50mg.d-1,qd,2组疗程均为21d。采用格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)法评定疗效。结果:2组在治疗后各个时间点上的GCS平均分数均优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组在治疗后各个时间点上的GCS评分的改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05),2组GCS评分差值比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用吡贝地尔缓释片可显著改善昏迷患者的意识状态。

Clinical Efficacy of Piribedil in the Treatment of Coma Patients

OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of piribedil sustained-release tablets in the treatment of coma patients. METHODS： 60 patients with coma were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group （30 cases） was treated with routine med- icine according the primary disease. The treatment group （30 cases） was treated with piribedil sustained-release tablets 50 mg. d^-1 with nasal feeding tube on the basis of routine treatment,qd, 21 days as a therapeutic course in both groups. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by glasgow coma score （GCS）. RESULTS： The average GCS between 2 groups after treatment were significantly better than before treatment at different time points （P〈0.05） ; The increased GCS score at different time points in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, there was significant difference between 2 groups （P〈 0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Routine treatment combined with Piribedil sustained-release tablets could improve the consciousness of co- ma patients significantly.
