纳米炭在结肠癌根治术中的应用价值

摘    要:目的:探讨纳米炭在结肠癌根治术中的应用价值。方法:将168例行结肠癌根治术的患者随机分为纳米炭组与对照组,各84例。纳米炭组先于肿瘤周围注射纳米炭再行根治术,对照组常规行根治术。比较2组清扫的淋巴结数目及淋巴结转移情况。结果:纳米炭组与对照组的平均每例检出淋巴结数目分别为(26.27±12.69)、(13.86±8.87)枚(P<0.05),淋巴结转移率分别为11.42%、13.23%(P>0.05);纳米炭组淋巴结黑染率为42.86%,黑染淋巴结的转移几率明显高于未黑染淋巴结(18.39%vs.6.19%)(P<0.05);纳米炭组黑染的转移淋巴结占转移淋巴结总数的69.05%。结论:纳米炭能明显提高结肠癌根治术中的淋巴结清除数量,对淋巴结清扫术有指导意义。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application value of carbon nanoparticles in radical resection for colonic carcinoma. METHODS: 168 patients with colonic carcinoma who underwent radical resection were randomized into carbon nanoparticles group and control group with 84 cases in each group. Carbon nanoparticles were injected into the periphery of tumor before radical resection in carbon nanoparticles group, whereas the patients routinely underwent radical resection in control group. The number of harvested lymph nodes and the number of metastatic lymph nodes were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS: The average number of harvested lymph nodes in carbon nanoparticles group and control group was (26.27±12.69) and (13.86±8.87)(P0.05). The metastatic rate of harvested lymph nodes was 11.42% in carbon nanoparticles group and 13.23% in control group (P0.05). The dyed black rate of harvested lymph nodes was 42.86% in carbon nanoparticles group. The metastasis rate of dyed black lymph nodes was significantly higher than that of non-dyed lymph nodes (18.39% vs. 6.19%)(P0.05). 69.05% metastatic lymph nodes were dyed black in carbon nanoparticles group. CONCLUSION: Carbon nanoparticles could increase the number of dissected lymph nodes in radical resection for colonic carcinoma, which have the guiding significance for lymph nodes dissection.
