| 摘 要： | 目的:为国家基本药物的质量监管提出建议。方法:分析当前我国基本药物质量监管实践中存在的问题,剖析原因,讨论监管思路。结果与结论:实行国家基本药物制度,加强生产源头监管,规范批发配送经营行为,确保基本药物的质量,应大力发挥技术支持体系作用,建立药品生产干预机制,推进国家基本药物制度顺利实施。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To propose for ensuring the quality of national essential drugs.METHODS：The problems existing in the practice of national essential drugs administration at present were analyzed to find out the reasons and discuss the way of essential drugs administration.RESULTS：The quality of essential drugs could be ensured by implementing the national essential drug system,strengthening the source administration and standardizing the wholesale and distribution of essential drugs.CONCLUSION：We can play the role of technical support system and establish the intervention mechanism of medicine production in order to promote the implementation of the national essential drug system. |
