| 摘 要： | 干扰素(interferon,IFN)是一组具有抗血管生成、抗肿瘤和免疫调节作用的细胞因子,在体外和异体移植模型中都显示出有效的抗骨肉瘤活性。临床试验表明,IFN可作为骨肉瘤手术治疗单一辅助药物,并能明显提高患者无瘤生存率。文中就IFN在骨肉瘤中的作用展开综述,以期为骨肉瘤的治疗提供新思路。

| Abstract: | Interferons(IFN),a group of cytokines with antiangiogenic,antitumor and immunostimulating properties,have shown significant activities against osteosarcoma in vitro and in allograft models.IFN can be used as a single adjuvant to surgery resulting in an apparent increase in the time of relapse-free survival,which has been shown through clinical trials.This article reviews the use of interferon as a new treatment for osteosarcoma. |
