重庆地区20家医院2007-2010年非甾体抗炎药利用分析

目的:了解重庆地区非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)的应用现状及趋势。方法:采用回顾性方法,对重庆地区20家医院2007-2010年NSAIDs的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果:该地区医院NSAIDs的销售金额和DDDs呈逐年上升趋势。4年中,阿司匹林的销售金额始终排在第1位,塞来昔布的销售金额在2009、2010年度上升到第2位;阿司匹林和双氯芬酸的DDDs始终排在第1、2位,二者的DDDs之和超过了当年总DDDs的60%;传统NSAIDs的销售金额和DDDs呈逐年上升趋势,但新型环氧酶(COX)-2选择性抑制剂类NSAIDs的销售金额和DDDs变化不明显。结论:该地区医院NSAIDs的临床应用仍以传统NSAIDs为主,个别新型NSAIDs所占市场份额越来越大。

Analysis of the Utilization of NSAIDs in 20 Hospitals in Chongqing Area from 2007 to 2010

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the status quo and trend of the utilization of NSAIDs in Chongqing area. METHODS ： By using retrospective method, the utilization of NSAIDs in 20 hospitals in Chongqing area from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum and DDDs, etc. RESULTS： Both the DDDs and the consumption sum of the NSAIDs in- creased year by year. The consumption sum of aspirin remained at the first place over the four consecutive years, and that of celecoxib rose to the second place in 2009 and 2010. DDDs of aspirin and diclofenac represented 60% that of the total NSAIDs, al- ways took up the first and second place in the list of DDDs. The consumption sum and DDDs of traditional NASIDs increased yearly, but those of novel COX-2 inhibitors changed slightly. CONCLUSION： The traditional NSAIDs are widely used in the clinic and the market is more and more shared by some novel COX-2 inhibitors.
