我院2006-2010年医院制剂应用分析

目的:为临床合理使用医院制剂和医院制剂的研发提供参考。方法:对我院2006-2010年医院制剂的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:5年来,我院医院制剂的用药金额、占药品总销售金额的比例和用药频度逐年增加,妇科用药、骨科用药、眼科用药排前3位,心脑系统用药、神经系统用药、泌尿系统用药呈上升趋势。结论:我院医院制剂使用合理,重点专科制剂发展好。开发具有中医特色的专科制剂,具有良好的发展前景。

Analysis of the Utilization of Hospital Preparation in Our Hospital during 2006-2010

OBJECTIVE：To provide the reference for rational use and development of hospital preparation.METHODS：The utilization of hospital preparation in our hospital during 2006-2010 were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC,etc.RESULTS：The consumption sum,its percentage and DDDs of hospital preparation in our hospital in 5 years increased year by year,gynecological drugs,bone surgery drugs and ophthalmic drugs took up the first three place,and cardio-cerebral system drugs,nervous system drugs and urinary tract drugs showed ascendant trend.CONCLUSION：The utilization of hospital preparation in our hospital is reasonable and develops well in key specialty preparation.It has a good market prospects to study specialty preparation with the characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine.
