浅谈如何培养高职药学专业学生社会药房工作的能力

目的:为培养高职药学专业学生社会药房工作能力提供参考。方法:以我院为例,分析传统药学教育与高职药学专业定位的不同,结合我国高职药学教育的实际提出相应对策。结果与结论:我院药学专业从专业培养方向、课程设置、教学方法、实验实训基地建设、职业素养教育等方面进行了一系列教学改革。教学改革后,实习或就业单位对社会药房实习生或毕业生评价较高,药学专业学生就业率和工作稳定性都有很大提高,本教学改革较适用于当前高职药学专业社会药房工作教育。

How to Develop the Capacity of Higher Vocational Pharmacy Students in Community Pharmacy

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the capacity cultivation of higher vocational pharmacy students in community pharmacy.METHODS：The differences of traditional pharmacy education and vocational pharmacy orientation were analyzed,and countermeasures were proposed on the basis of higher vocational pharmacy education in China.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：A series of pharmacy teaching reform have been conducted in our hospital from professional development,curriculum setting,teaching methods,laboratory training base construction,vocational education,etc.After teaching reform,pharmacy interns or graduates receive a favorable review from internship or employment units.Employment rate and job stability of pharmacy student are improved greatly.The teaching reform is suitable for current pharmacy education among higher vocational pharmacy students.
