临床药师的基本素质、培养方法和工作模式

目的:探讨临床药师必备的基本素质、培养方法和工作模式。方法:结合参与临床医疗实践体会,介绍临床药师在实际工作中面临的问题、应具备的能力及普遍存在的缺陷,提出解决方案或培养途径。结果与结论:临床对药师的要求主要是提供简单的药品信息和高层次的药学服务,临床药师须熟记药物手册、修正原有的药学知识、加强和临床关系密切的药学知识学习、补充必要的临床医学知识,在此基础上培养科研能力和良好的沟通能力,实施全科基础上的专科工作模式。

Essential Capability, Training Methods and Work Model Required for Clinical Pharmacist

OBJECTIVE： To study the necessary essential capability, training methods and work model required for clinical pharmacist. METHODS： Combined with the experience of clinical pharmacist participating in clinical practice, the problems and existing deficiency encountered by clinical pharmacists in the practice and necessary essential capability were introduced to put for- ward some suggestions or training methods. RESULTS＆CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacists are required to provide general drug information and advanced pharmaceutical care. Clinical pharmacist should remember formulary well, emend previous pharmaceutical knowledge, master pharmaceutical knowledge close to clinical practice and replenish essential clinical knowledge by clinical practice. Furthermore, the ability of research and communication also need to be developed and specialty working model is imple- mented on the bacis of general practice.
