某肿瘤专科医院2008-2010年药物利用分析

目的:了解某肿瘤专科医院2008-2010年的药物应用情况。方法:根据该院2008-2010年的用药数据,采用金额排序法进行统计、分析。结果:该院药品总销售金额3年内呈逐年增长趋势,年均增长率达28.20%,且增幅逐年递增;抗肿瘤药、抗感染药、消化系统药、影响免疫功能药和血液及造血系统药销售金额连续3年稳居前5位,这5类药销售金额合计接近年度总金额的80%;每年用药品种数达500余种,10%的药品品种销售金额占全部销售金额的70%以上。结论:该院药物利用呈现明显的肿瘤专科特色,药物品种及销售金额呈明显的集中趋势,药品消费结构比较稳定。

Analysis of Drug Utilization in a Tumor Hospital during 2008-2010

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the drug utilization in a tumor hospital during 2008-2010.METHODS：The data of drug use in the hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed statistically by cost order.RESULTS：The total consumption sum of drugs in the hospital in these three years had increased year by year.The average annual growth rate was 28.20%,and the growth rate had also increased annually.The consumption sum of anti-cancer drugs,anti-infection drugs,drugs for digestive system,drugs affecting immunologic function and drugs affecting blood system always took up the top five during the past three years.The consumption sum of top 5 categories of drugs accounted for nearly 80% of the total consumption sum.The numbers of drugs used annually were all about 500.Consumption sum of 10% drugs was more than 70% of total consumption sum.CONCLUSION：The drug utilization in the hospitals has its special features,that is to say,there is an obvious central tendency in the variety and the consumption sum of drug used in the tumor hospital,and the drug consumption structure is relatively steady.
