| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定金鸡片中原儿茶酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为InertsilC18柱,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(v/v=25:75:0.2),检测波长为260nm,流速为0.8mL.min-1,进样量为10μL,柱温为30℃。结果:原儿茶酸进样量在0.0105～0.0630μg(r=0.9994)范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(n=6),平均回收率为99.08%,RSD=0.62%。结论:该法简便、灵敏、稳定、准确,可作为金鸡片质量控制的有效方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To establish the method for the content determination of protocatechuic acid in Jinji tablets.METHODS：HPLC method was adopted Inertsil C18 column was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-HAC（v/v=25：75：0.2） at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 260 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃.The injection volume was 10 μL.RESULTS：The linear range of protocatechuic acid was 0.010 5～0.063 0 μg（r=0.999 4）with average recovery rate of 99.08%（RSD=0.62%,n=6）.CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple,sensitive,stable and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Jinji tablets. |
