镍钛聚髌器内固定治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折

目的探讨镍钛聚髌器内固定治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的疗效。方法对54例粉碎性髌骨骨折采用镍钛聚髌器内固定治疗，并与克氏针张力带法治疗的54例进行回顾性比较和分析。结果术后随访6个月-3年，克氏针张力带法治疗粉碎性骨折优良率50．0％，镍钛聚髌器法治疗粉碎性骨折优良率90．7％，两者比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论镍钛聚髌器可作为粉碎性髌骨骨折的首选方法。

Effect of nitinol patellar concentrator on comminuted patellar fracture

[Objective] To investigate the effect of Nitinol Patellar Concentrator on comminuted patellar fracture. [Methods] We retrospectively reviewed the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture with Nitinol Patellar Concentrator in 54 patients, comparing with other 54 patients treated by Kirschner-wire internal fixation. [Results] The follow-up time was 6~36 months. Of 108 cases, the excellent rate of treatment on comminuted patellar fracture was 50% by Kirschner-wire internal fixation, and 90.7% by Nitinol Patellar Concentrator. The effect of Nitinol Patellar Concentrator was better than that of Kirschner-wire internal fixation (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The Nitinol Patellar Concentrator can be the best therapy on comminuted patellar fracture .
