变应性鼻炎及变应性因素对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的影响

目的探讨变应性鼻炎及变应性因素在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉发病中的作用。方法分析2001年-2007年收治的162例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中的变应性鼻炎患者和变应性症状、体征出现的比例以及鼻腔分泌物涂片嗜酸性粒细胞检查结果阳性者在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中出现的百分率。结果162例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中21．6％（35例）的患者合并变应性鼻炎，58．0％（94例）的患者伴有不同程度的变应性症状和体征，其中Ⅰ型（58例）和Ⅱ型（72例）各分期患者中合并变应性鼻炎的发生率、嗜酸性粒细胞阳性率及变应性鼻炎临床症状出现的比例随分期的加重而增高。结论变应性鼻炎及变应性因素与慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的病变程度和病变范围有关。

Effects of Allergy Rhinitis and Allergic Factors in Chronic Sinusitis with or without Nasal Polyps

Objective To explore the effects of allergic rhinitis and allergic factors in chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp. Methods The proportion of allergic rhinitis patients and the allergic symptoms and signs in the 162 cases of chronic sinusitis-polyp from 2001 to 2007. The eosinophil ratio of nasal secretion film preparation of type Ⅰ chronic sinusitis was compared with the type Ⅱ before operation. Results 21.6% （35 cases） patients suffered from allergic rhinitis , allergic symptoms （ or syndromes） were presented in 58.0% （94cases） of patients in different degrees , among them, the morbidities of allergic rhinitis and the positive rates of eosinophils and the occurrence rates of allergic symptoms were rising with the clinical stages in type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ. Conclusion Allergic rhinitis and allergic factors are relative to clinical stages of chronic sinusitis nasal polyp.
