张力性调节和正视、近视相关性研究

目的:研究张力性调节(tonic accommodation)与正视、近视的相关性。方法:利用日本精工wv-500红外全自动电脑验光仪测量正视、近视屈光度数,在此基础上进行标准的主觉验光,结果以等效球镜表示。在完全黑暗的暗室中适应10min后,以日本精工wv-500红外全自动电脑验光仪测量张力性调节,结果以等效球镜表示。张力性调节和屈光度数均仅测量右眼。利用SPSS11.0软件包进行统计描述以及相关性分析。结果:大学学生47名,年龄19~23(平均20.9±0.76)岁。主觉验光屈光度数-7.50~+0.25(均值-2.78±1.82)D;张力性调节-0.08~3.16(均值0.61±0.61)D。右眼屈光度数与张力性调节之间的pearson相关系数仅为0.107,无明显的相关性。建立直线回归方程:张力性调节=0.71+0.035×屈光不正度数。结论:张力性调节和正视、近视度数存在有一定相关性,但是相关性不明显。随着近视度数的增加,张力性调节有降低趋势。

Correlation of tonic accommodation and refractive power in emmetropia and myopia

AIM:To study the correlation of tonic accommodation and emmetropia and myopia in college student.METHODS:The sample consisted of 47 students from wenzhou medical college,aged 19-23 years(mean 20.94±0.763 years).The tonic accommodation and autorefra-ction was measured by Seiko wv-500 infrared autore-fractor.Tonic accommodation and subjective refraction of emmetropia and myopia were studied.The software SPSS 11.0 was used to make statistical analysis.RESULTS:The minimum subjective refraction was-7.50 D,and the maximum was +0.25 D,with mean-2.78±1.82.For tonic accommodation,the minimum and maximum were-0.08 D and 3.16 D with mean 0.61±0.61D.The pearson correlation coefficient between the refractive power and tonic accommodation was 0.107.Established linear regression equation:tonic accommo-dation was equal to 0.71+0.035 refractive power.CONCLUSION:The results show that there is no correlation between tonic accommodation and refractive power in emmetropia and myopia.With the increase in degree of myopia,however,the tonic accommodation decreases.
