尉氏县HIV单方阳性者配偶管理对婚内性传播的影响分析

目的分析尉氏县HIV婚内性传播流行趋势,对HIV单方阳性者配偶(以下简称单阳配偶)实施干预前后的干预效果进行的比较,以完善干预措施,加大干预力度,有效地避免单阳配偶间的性途径传播,降低婚内性传播率。方法查看HIV网络直报数据库和单阳配偶管理数据库,统计出2004年及以前—2007年间历年的单阳配偶数和婚内性传播数,分析比较婚内性传播率和单阳配偶间的性传播率干预前后有何不同。结果2004年及以前(实施干预前)单阳配偶间的性传播率为0.99%,2005—2007年(实施干预后)单阳配偶间的性传播率分别为0.62%、0.39%、0.46%,婚内性传播率分别为5.58%、2.45%、1.59%、1.31%。经统计学分析干预前后单阳配偶间的性传播率有统计学意义(χ2=34.60,P<0.01)。婚内性传播率有统计学意义(χ2=54.34 P<0.01)。结论继续加强单阳配偶的管理工作,加大干预力度,进一步完善干预措施,对HIV阳性人员中的未婚、丧偶、再婚人群重点进行随访及时掌握他们的婚姻状况、配偶情况,定期对他们进行随访检测可有效降低婚内性传播的发生。
