腰腿痛患者关节突关节不对称与椎间盘退变和突出的关系

目的：研究腰腿痛患者关节突关节不对称与椎间盘退变和突出的关系。方法：通过151例腰腿痛患者CT片观察椎间盘突出状况和测定关节突关节角度，其中73例患者还做了MRI检查，了解关节突关节不对称与椎间盘退变的关系。结果：关节突关节不对称与椎间盘退变和突出有关，而椎间盘突出方向与关节面的偏向无关。结论：关节突关节不对称增加了椎间盘退变和突出的危险性。

The relationship of facet tropism to disc degeneration and disc herniation

Objective: To study the relationship between facet tropism and disc degeneration and herniation. Method: Computed tomography was used to determine facet tropism and disc herniation in 151 subjects with low back pain. Magnetic resonance imaging was used to determine disc degeneration in seventy-three cases among them. Result: Subjects with facet tropism had a significantly higher prevalence of disc degeneration and disc herniation. There was no difference in the distribution of the more coronally or sagittaly facing joints with respect to the side of lateral herniation. Conclusion: The risk of disc degeneration and disc herniation is increased in the presence of facet tropism.
