| 摘 要： | 本文分析了106例经皮二尖瓣球囊成形术。成功率为77.4％,有效率为19.8％,失败率为2.8％,并发症发生率为17.0％。本文还探讨了并发症和发生原因及予防。我们采用瓣口大小,跨瓣压差,舒张期杂音,心功能和并发症五方面作为评价疗效的标准。最后讨论了球囊导管通过大左房小瓣口的初步经验。

| Abstract: | 106 cases of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty were analysed. The successful rate was 77. 4% , effective rate 19. 8% failure rate 2. 8% and incidence of complications 17. 0%. In this series, Morbigenous cause and prevention of complications were also investigated in this article. Mitral valve size, pressure gradient across mitral valve, diastolic murmur, cardiac function and complication were used to evaluate criterion of therapeutic efficacy. Finally, preiliminary experiences of ballon catheter passing small mitral orifice with large left atrium were discussed. |
