当归川芎中阿魏酸提取的研究

摘    要:目的 研究当归、川芎中阿魏酸提取的最佳工艺条件。方法:以提取液中阿魏酸含量为指标,比较了阿魏酸提取的水煎和醇提工艺,并用正交设计将醇提工艺条件进行优化。结果与结论:醇提工艺更有利于阿魏酸的提取,8倍量70%乙醇提取两次.1.5h/次为醇提最佳工艺条件。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction processes for ferulic acid from Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.Methods:By determining ferulic acid(FA) in the extracted solution,the extraction processes of FA with water and alcohol were studied respectively, and the latter process was optimized with orthogonal design.Results and Conclusion:The extraction processes of FA with alcohol was prefer to that with water;the optimum extraction processes was adding 8 times amount of 70% alcohol,refluxing and extracting for two times,1.5 hour each time.
