摘    要:目的探讨白芍总苷的生产工艺改进技术,对比了增加强制循环和传统提取白芍总苷的工艺。方法 :通过中试实验考察增加强制循环使多能灌体内乙醇温度均匀且处于高温状态以提高提取效率,在此基础上减少提取次数并且采用压榨技术回收药渣中吸附的药液以提高产能,节约成本。结果增加强制循环后第一次提取固体收率比不增加强制循环上升2到3个百分点,从含量收率来看打强制循环的第一次提取液普遍比不打强制循环高0.2到0.3个百分点左右。确定增加强制循环后,提取两次,就可以达到传统工艺提取3次的效果。结论增加强制循环配合药渣补水压榨可节省大量成本,为企业带来可观的经济效益。

Abstract:Objective To explore the improvement technology of production process and make the comparison between the intensified forced circulation and the traditional extraction process of total glycosides of paeony(TGP).Methods By pilot test,the intensified forced circulation was observed so as to enable the ethanol temperature to be even and at a high level in the multi-utility tanker so that the extraction efficiency could increase,based on which,the frequency of extraction could be reduced. Moreover,the squeezing technique was applied to recover the medical liquid in the residue so as to improve the productivity and save the cost.Results The comparison was made between the intensified forced circulation and the traditional extraction process of total glycosides of paeony(TGP). After the intensification of forced circulation,the solid extraction yield in the first extraction increased by 2% to 3% compared with that without the intensification. Concerning to the concentration yield,the first extract with forced circulation increased by 0.2% to 0.3% compared with that without forced circulation generally. After the intensification of forced circulation was determined,the same effect of two extractions could be achieved as the three extractions with traditional process.Conclusion The intensified forced circulation in combination with squeezing and water supplementation to the residue can save a large amount of cost and bring a considerable economic benefit to the enterprise.
