| 摘 要： | 目的研究p16蛋白与高危型人乳头状瘤病毒（HR-HPV）载量在轻度宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN1）中的关系,以指导诊治CIN。方法选择阴道镜活检CIN1组织,进行p16蛋白免疫组化标记,用第二代杂交捕获法（HC-Ⅱ）检测HR-HPV载量,分析p16表达与HR-HPV载量相关性。结果 75例中,p16阳性表达率60.0%;不同p16表达程度组的HR-HPV载量不同（P〈0.05）,表达阴性与弱阳性组间有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;p16表达强度和病毒载量成正相关（P〈0.05）。结论在CIN1中,p16蛋白表达与HR-HPV病毒载量相关,高表达与高HR-HPV病毒载量一致。

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the correlation of protein p16 expression and viral load of high-risk human papillomavirus （HR-HPV） with low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN1）. Methods Immunocytochemical analysis of protein p16 in 75 CIN1 biopsy tissues was performed and viral load of HR-HPV was detected by hybrid capture Ⅱ（ HC-Ⅱ）. Results The positive rate of p16 expression was 60.0% and the expression level of p16 was positively correlated with HR-HPV load ,showing significant difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The overexprssion of protein p16 is correlated with high load of HR-HPV in CIN1. |
