清镇市美沙酮维持治疗门诊海洛因成瘾者肝功能损害的影响因素及其危险度分析

目的：分析海洛因成瘾者肝功能损害的危险因素。方法：对美沙酮维持治疗门诊入组的306例患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析，将肝功能状况定性分组，对收集的可能影响因素进行关联性和相对危险度分析。结果：肝功能指标ALT异常率为19.9％，病例对照分析显示：ALT异常的危险因素是抗-HCV、性别和滥用方式，OR值分别为6.390、3.549和2.122（排除混杂因素后的调整值）。结论：抗-HCV阳性致ALT异常的相对危险度最高：男性患者和单纯静脉注射方式滥用药物致ALT异常的风险高于女性和其他方式。

Analysis of influencing factors and risk factors of liver function damage in heroin addicts from MMT clinic in Qingzhen city

Objective：To analyze risk factors of the liver function damage in heroin addicts.Methods： We retro- spectively analysed 306 cases from methadone maintenance treatment （MMT） clinic and divided them into groups according to liver function condition, then analysed relevance and risk probability of influencing factors.Results： Abnormal rate of liver function index-ALT was 19.9%. Case-control study showed that risk factors for abnormal ALT were anti-HCV ,sex and route of drug abuse, and OR were 6.390,3.549 and 2.122 respectivly （adjusted value with exclusion of confounding factors）. Conclusion：The relative risk rate of anti-HCV positive causing abnormal ALT is higest; the risk rate of abnormal ALT in male patients and intravenous route administration are higer than that in female and other routes of administration.
