| 摘 要： | 本文报告9例腰骶神经根疾患,对其临床症状、病因、诊断和治疗进行了初步分析,指出CT、脊髓造影、MCT有助于鉴别诊断,体会到应用显微外科技术施行肿块,肿瘤摘除松解减压或纵行神经根神经束间松解减压是治疗此病的唯一有效方法。

| Abstract: | Nine patients with lumbosacral radiculopathy were reviewed retrospectively.The etiology, manifestation,diagnosis and treatment were analysed preliminarily.The results indicated that CT, myclography and MCT were valuable in differentiation of an effective method of neurodokon decompression or longitudinal endoneurolysis. |
