| 摘 要： | 目的通过比较证实新辅助化疗联合手术治疗直肠癌肝转移临床效果优于单纯手术治疗。方法回顾分析2003年至2006年间解放军总医院普通外科82例直肠癌肝转移患者的临床资料，其中综合治疗组38例，行新辅助化疗联合手术治疗的策略；对照组44例，采用手术治疗。评价两种治疗方案的疗效。结果综合治疗组和对照组在年龄、性别构成比、肿瘤分化程度、组织分型及肝转移灶数目构成比无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。综合治疗组手术前、后的CEA下降幅度大于对照组（P〈0．05）；综合治疗组1年生存率、3年生存率均高于单纯手术治疗组。结论新辅助化疗联合手术治疗直肠癌肝转移有较好的临床疗效。
