端粒酶活性在泌尿系统恶性肿瘤组织中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨端粒酶与泌尿系统恶性肿瘤及其生物学行为的关系。方法应用PCR ELISA法检测36例膀胱癌、18例肾癌肿瘤组织及54例肿瘤旁正常组织的端粒酶活性,并分析端粒酶活性与泌尿系统恶性肿瘤的关系。结果泌尿系统恶性肿瘤组织中端粒酶活性阳性率为85.2%(46/54),其中膀胱癌88.9%(32/36),肾癌77.8%(14/18)。肿瘤旁正常组织端粒酶活性为阴性(0/54),两者比较有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论泌尿系统恶性肿瘤组织中端粒酶活性阳性率明显高于正常组织。端粒酶活性的检测可作为泌尿系统恶性肿瘤诊断、鉴别诊断及预测肿瘤复发的标志物。

Telomerase activity in urological carcinoma and its correlation with the clinical features

Objective To investigate the relationship between telomerase activity and clinicobiological behavior of urological carcinoma.Methods The intensity of telomerase activity of 36 cases of bladder cancer and 18 cases of renal cancer and 54 cases normal tissue was detected by a PCR-ELISA. Its correlation with the clinical features was also analyzed.Results Telomerase activity was detected in 46 cases of 54(85.2%), The positive expression rate was 88.9% in bladder cancer and 77.8% in renal cancer. No activity of telomerase was dected in normal tissue(P<0.01). Conclusion The intensity of telomerase activity in urological carcinoma is higher than normal tissue and therefore would be a good diagnostic and prognostic maker.
