| 摘 要： | 循证医学与药学服务相结合，已经成为临床药学新的发展方向，其中药物疗效评价又是临床药师工作的重要组成部分之一。该文着重介绍了药物疗效评价中新药的疗效评价、方案内治疗药物评价、经验用药疗效评价、辅助药物疗效评价及不良反应循证等，为循证理念与临床药师工作更好地结合提供参考。

| Abstract: | Evidence-based medicine combining pharmaceutical care has become a new development direction of clinical pharmacy. Evaluation of drug efficacy is an important part of clinical pharmacists work. Drug evaluation, including evaluation of the efficacy of new drugs, and drug treatment program evaluation, evaluation of drug used by the experience, evaluation of assisted- drug＇s efficacy and evidence-based harm, is of utmost concern. The author sums up these and related aspects of the application in order to explore the idea of evidence- based clinical pharmacists work with the new model. |
