经腹腔镜双侧输尿管上段结石的一期手术治疗

目的探讨后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的可行性和临床效果及价值。方法回顾性分析2006年3月至2009年8月采用后腹腔镜下一期治疗43例双侧输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料。结果全部患者均手术成功,平均手术时间125min,失血量50～90mL,住院时间8～15天,全部患者肾功能好转或正常。术中、术后无大出血、周围脏器损伤等严重并发症发生。结论一期后腹腔镜双侧输尿管上段切开取石术具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,可部分取代开放手术。

Laparoscopic Surgery for One-stage Treatment of the Bilateral Upper Ureteric Calculi

Objective To explore the feasibility,clinical efficacy and value of laparoscopic ureterolithotomy.Methods The clinical data of patients with bilateral upper ureteric calculi of 43 cases who accpected the one-stage laparoscopic treatment was analyzed retrospectively from March 2006 to August 2009.Results All the patients were successfully operated,the average operation time was 125 min,the blood loss was 50 ～ 90 mL,the length of hospital stay was 8 ～ 15 days,the renal function of all the patients improved or was normal.During and after the operation no massive hemorrhage,damage of surrounding organs and other serious complications occurred.Conclusions The one-stage bilateral laparoscopic ureterolithotomy has the advantages of less trauma,faster recovery and fewer complications,which can partially replace open surgery.
