| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨鱼腥草治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 16 0例患儿随机分为两组 :鱼腥草治疗组 (n =81例 )、病毒唑对照组 (n =79) ;并分别评估治疗效果。结果 :鱼腥草组显效率82 .7% ,有效率 14 .8% ,无效率 2 .5 % ;病毒唑组显效率 38.0 % ,有效率 5 4.4 % ,无效率 7.6 % :组间统计学比较 ,X2 =33.5 7,P <0 .0 1。结论 :对于婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻 ,鱼腥草应视为较好的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of houttuynia cordata in treating infantile diarrhea infected with rota-virus.Methods:160 cases were randomly divided into two groups: houttuynia cordata treatment group (n=81), Ribavirin treatment group (n=79). Clinical results were evaluated aftertreatment. Results:In houttuynia cordata treatment group, the cure rate were 82.7%, the effective rate were 14.8%, the inefficient rate were 2.5%. In Ribavirin treatment group, the cure rate were 38.0%, the effective rate were 54.4%, the inefficient rate were 7.6%. Compare these date, X 2=33.57, P<0.01. Conclusion:In treating with infantile diarrhea infected with rota-virus, houttuynia cordata is better than Ribavirin. |
