89例乳腺癌治疗情况分析

回顾性分析我院1995～1998年89例乳腺癌的治疗情况,Ⅰ期7例,Ⅱ期44例,Ⅲ期32例,Ⅳ期6例,各期5年生存率为75％、60.9％、28.6％、0。按病理组织分类;非浸润型4例,浸润型非特殊型72例,浸润型特殊型13例,各类5年生存率为66.6％、46.8％、20％。根治术43例,改良根治术26例,单纯乳腺切除20例。手术+化疗26例,手术+放疗25例,手术+化疗+放疗38例。手术+化疗+放疗的平均生存率为63.7％,较其他组高(P<0.05)术后放、化疗同时进行者3年生存率较术后先放疗者高63.7％,较其他组高(P<0.05),术后放、化疗同时进行者3年生存率较术后先放疗者高(74.2％,56.8％)。因此可以认为:综合治疗是乳腺癌最佳治疗方案;化、放疗同时进行或化疗较早应用,能提高生存率,可减少远处转移率,对病期较晚者尤为如此。

The Clinical Analysis for Treatment of 89 Cases with Breast Cancer

The treatment informations of the breast cancer from 1995 to 1998 were analysed in this paper In the 89cases of breast cancer there were 7 cases in stage I ,44 cases stage in II ,32 in stage III,6 in stage IV , and 5-year survival rates of the cases in 4 stages were 86.7% , 64.2%, 21.8%, 0% .respectively. These patients were classified into following types in pathological tissue:non-penetration (4 cases), penetration non-peculiarity(72 cases), Penetration peculiarity( 13 cases) .5-year survival rates in these types were 66. 6% 46. 8% , and 20% , respectively 43. cases underwent radical nastectomy, 26 cases underwent modified, 20 cases underwent total mastectomy with low axillary nodes resection,26 cases were subjected to operation chemotherapy 25 cases subjected to Deration radiotherapy, and 38 cases operation chemotherapy radiotherapy. The operation chemotherapy radiotherapy group had higher 5-year survival rate (63.7%) than others ( P < 0.05) The group subjected to chemotherapy and radiotherapy simultaneously had higher 3-year than radiotherapy group. It is conducted that the complex treatment of chemotherapy and rate decrease metastasis rate especially for patients with advanced Breast cancer.
