护理路径应用于门诊输液患儿健康教育的研究

目的应用护理路径对门诊输液患儿进行健康教育,有效促进护患关系,提高患儿及陪护人对护士综合满意率。方法将88名门诊输液患儿随机分为2组,对照组采用传统的门诊健康教育方法,观察组应用护理路径对门诊输液患儿进行健康教育,以陪护人对护士健康教育的综合满意率,静脉输液一次成功率进行评价。结果观察组陪护人对护士健康教育的综合满意率,静脉输液一次成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用护理路径于门诊输液患儿的健康教育,对促进患儿健康恢复、预防疾病、改善护患关系具有积极作用。

Application of clinical nursing pathway in the healthy education of pediatric liquid transfusion out-patients

Objective To give healthy education to the pediatric out-patients through the application of nursing pathway, so as to effectively promote the relationship between nurses and accompaniers, and improve the satisfaction rate of the pediatric patients and the accompaniers to the nurses. Methods 88 patients were divided into 2 groups. The original healthy educational method of outpatient was adopted in the control group, and the healthy educational method through applying the new clinical nursing pathway was adopted in the observation group. It is evaluated from the two aspects: the satisfaction rate of accompaniers to the healthy education of nurses, the once successful rate of vein transfusion. Results The satisfaction rate of accompaniers to the healthy education of nurses and the once successful rate of vein transfusion in the observation group, were both higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions These show that enhancing the healthy education of pediatric liquid transfusion out-patients has active effect on promoting the recovery of the patients, preventing the disease and improving the relationship between nurses and accompaniers.
