| 摘 要： | 文献资源建设是医院图书馆开展一切工作的基础,文献资源建设的好坏直接影响图书馆的服务质量。要做好文献资源建设首先应该正确处理好（1）纸质文献和电子文献的关系;（2）特色馆藏与一般馆藏的关系;（3）现实馆藏与虚拟馆藏的关系;（4）拥有与存取的关系。
