对门诊病案库管理体系的探讨

目的探讨有效的门诊病案库管理方法,使病案存贮空间得以循环利用,科学管理门诊病案。方法设立新的管理方案,改变目前使用的单一顺序号归档并使用移动式密集柜存储病案的方法。转变为尾号加顺序号归档管理,采用开放式固定病案架与移动式密集柜存储相结合的病案储存方式,提高病案的管理利用效率。结果采用新的病案库管理方法可以做到病案存储空间的循环利用,有效缓解库房存储空间不足,而病案不断增长的难题。结论我院新的门诊病案管理方案设计科学可靠,容易实践,提高了病案利用率。

Construction of a Rational Management System of Outpatients' Medical Record Storehouse

Objective To investigate an effective method about outpatients＇ medical record storehouse management for circulative application of medical record storage space;to have scientific management of them.Methods Setting up a new management program that is to abandon filling in sequence at present and to use movable serried cabinet to store medical record.To change the old one into tail number combing with sequence number filling management,using the combination of open fixed stack and movable serried cabinet to improve the application efficiency of medical record management.Results The new management method of medical record storehouse not only can recycling storage space but also can resolve conflicts about limited storage space and growing number of medical record.Conclusion The new management plane of outpatient medical record is scientific and reliable,which is easy to practice and improve the application rate of medical record.
