| 摘 要： | 目的探讨和规范脑栓塞ICD-10的正确编码。方法详细阅览35例脑栓塞病案,根据脑栓塞临床诊断标准、依据ICD-10分类要求予以分析讨论。结果正确的脑栓塞ICD-10编码是I63.4。结论编码员不但要掌握ICD编码知识,还要不断学习积累相关的医学知识、仔细阅读病案,才能做到编码准确。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the correct ICD-10 coding of cerebral embolism.Methods The ICD-10 Coding of Cerebral Embolism is analysed according to the clinical diagnostic criteria of cerebral embolism and ICD-10 classification requirements after reading 35 medical records of cerebral embolism.Result The correct code of cerebral embolism is I63.4.Conclusion Coders should not only master the ICD coding knowledge,but also learn and accumulate relevant medical knowledge.So that the disease diagnosis can be coded corre... |
